We are really pleased to announce that Robb Lawton has now also joined our small and dedicated team at the Piano Shop Bath. Robb is an extremely talented pianist who is particularly at home playing jazz and popular songs. Robb is helping at our showroom and will be providing video reviews of our digital pianos – watch this space! Robb recently took part in a concert for Bridgemead residential home, going through a great set of music from the 1930s and 1940s. The residents and staff were thrilled with Robb’s playing and soon started singing along! You can read more by clicking here.Robb recently took part in the ‘Dig For Victory Weekend in nearby Lacock, a celebration of the war years with fashion and music from the 1940′s. It culminated in an ITMA entertainment hour, a ‘tea dance’ and sing-along around the piano. Robb was their pianist, playing along to some wartime favourites and ending, as always, with ‘White Cliffs of Dover’ and ‘We’ll Meet Again’.
