The Kawai GL-50 grand piano is a versatile instrument that adapts easily to the musical demands of classrooms, studios and smaller performance venues.
Kawai’s “Ultra-Responsive Action” provides strength, stability, precision and reliability. Hammer heads are made with 100% premium wool felt. Kawai have continued to pioneer with the use of modern materials in their pianos, using ABS Stryran in parts of the action, which is stronger and lighter than conventional wood parts. The use of aluminium action rails and aluminium hammer rest rails have been proven to make the action more resistant to climatic and seasonal changes in temperature and humidity.
