Painted Pianos at The Piano Shop Bath

We currently have a range of painted upright pianos in our showroom, an example of some of these showroom ready pianos can be seen in the picture on the left which profiles from above, the blue, the red and the grey. In our large piano showroom we are able to offer a good variety of options for anyone searching for a painted piano that is beautiful inside and out.

The picture on the left show three painted pianos within our current range. St Giles Blue is a clean, strong blue that pairs beautifully with the dimensions of the Spencer upright piano to create a contemporary, fresh feeling piano. Incarnadine is a rich crimson red that has transformed a traditional Kemble upright piano into a confident, fun instrument, perfect for anyone looking to inject some bold colour and energy into a room. Railings is an understated but commanding dark grey finish that enhances the curved aesthetic on the Fazer upright piano to perfection, providing a softer alternative to black high gloss piano cabinets. All three painted pianos are good quality instruments as well as beautiful and multifaceted pieces of furniture that would look at home in a variety of interiors.

At The Piano Shop Bath we are able to offer painted pianos to suit a range of tastes and budgets, from hand built Bluthner painted pianos, to fun upcycled traditional pianos. We have witnessed a surge in popularity of these painted pieces and we are deeply committed to continuing this journey, reimagining the piano for the 21st century. We are delighted to be creating a product that motivates a new generation of pianists and piano lovers, the combination of colour and music is a joyful collaboration. So far our painted piano range has encompassed a variety of hues; reds, greys, blues, greens, yellows, whites, golds and even one purple, and there will be plenty more to come, so watch this space!

We began producing pianos with painted finishes at The Piano Shop Bath because we believed our customers needed more options when it came to piano cabinets. Inspired by interior trends for painted kitchens and furniture we created a range of bespoke, professionally finished painted pianos.
