At the Piano Shop Bath, we take pride in our ability to transform pianos and turn them into works of art. We appreciate that not every black piano will fit into your home because the colour simply doesn’t fit with your decor. Furthermore, why stick with something standard when you can have something that looks beautiful in every possible way.
We are experts in all aspects of piano restyling, so you can be sure that we always achieve a desired finish that provides complete satisfaction. It’s about capturing the specific needs of each client and then allowing our restyling experts to work their magic, transforming your piano in every possible way.
What Pianos Do We Restyle?
We work with the Yamaha U1 and U3 pianos, which are already a stunning instrument but once you turn to us to restyle your piano, you won’t believe the results that we achieve. As we mentioned, there is no denying that the standard, gloss finish is appealing to the eye but we always believe in doing things differently and that’s where our restyling service comes in.
We take high-quality pianos and make them even better because sometimes, having something different is what our clients want. What this means is that we completely transform the look and style of the piano while still retaining the inner workings, ensuring it delivers the same impeccable sound each time you play it.
So, our experts get to work by carrying out all preparatory work which is an important part of the process. This ensures that our pianos are ready to be styled with a range of looks and finishes. Our design and workshop team have an eye for detail and with our ability to identify what works, we create pianos that stand out in every possible way.
We alter the exterior of the piano and that means that it looks completely different when compared to its standard look. We use a bespoke range of colours and we completely restyle the casework, using traditional mouldings that still retain that classy appearance. The mouldings give our pianos a sophisticated appearance that oozes style and elegance. The piano front is given a new look with traditional mouldings while a moulding trim is added to the lid and the knee panel. We also alter the look of the pedals by adding a different style of pedal to the piano too.
Essentially, what we offer is a piano that looks completely different yet still delivers everything you expect from a Yamaha U1 and U3 piano.
We only purchase the best and highest quality pianos to restyle which means that you always receive a piano that meets our high standard. What’s more, we also invite our clients to commission our team to create an instrument that captures your style.
So, when it comes to restyling, we are confident that you won’t find a better service out there!
